Around this time last year I launched the "Skinny to Shredded" eBook series: Workout Routines, Nutrition Guide, and Core Workouts. It has been amazing to see people all over the world downloading the books (sold in over 30 different countries!) and I love receiving emails from people sharing their positive experiences after reading the material. (Disclaimer: I am not a personal trainer or certified nutritionist, I am just sharing what I have found has worked best for me.)
Over the past year, I have received a lot of requests for recipes and food ideas. It's one thing to understand how to "diet" or how to eat to "gain muscle," but how do you make it taste GOOD?
I decided to put together this Ultimate Cookbook and add it to the "Skinny to Shredded" series because I think it will pair nicely with the Nutrition Guide. In the Nutrition Guide I explain how to eat in order to put on lean muscle, but I don't really go into too much detail about the recipes outside of basic meal suggestions. In the Ultimate Cookbook, I have laid out just about every core recipe I use on a day to day basis—everything from Lemon Pepper Chicken to Beef Stew, Breakfast Burritos to Green Smoothies. These are all my favorite recipes, and I eat every single one at least a handful of times throughout the week.
