Along my journey training as a bodybuilder and fitness model, I have learned a lot about nutrition, eating clean, and most importantly, how to make the food I need to eat taste GOOD!  

The biggest challenge I have faced has been learning how to eat both gluten and dairy free.  I have Celiac Disease as well as an intolerance to lactose, so I have had to learn how to both find food options that work within my diet, but also find creative ways to keep my food from tasting bland and boring.
